Audition for Young Sounds

Young Sounds participation is earned through an audition process. Auditions are held annually during the summer. Here, you will find requirements, dates, and (during audition cycles) downloadable etudes and instructions.

Audition Dates for 2013-14

Any instrument can audition on any day listed

• Thursday, June 13, 2013 2:00-7:00pm
• Saturday, June 15, 2013 10:00am-3:00pm
• Saturday, July 27, 2013 10:00am-3:00pm
• Monday, July 29, 2013 5:00pm-9:00pm
• By special appointment in August

Steps for your audition:

1. Get an Audition Time by going to http://youngsounds.lattiss.com. Click “book now” to reserve an open time. You will receive an email confirmation, and a reminder one week before your audition.
2. Click here to fill out a form with information about you.
3. Click on the appropriate link below to download audition materials for your instrument. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print your pages.
